The comfortable semi-detached house, "Haus Abendklang," built in 2015, is located in a quiet yet central area.
It can accommodate up to six people and a toddler.
The house is furnished to a high standard throughout.
A spacious living room with a dining area features an LED TV, a Blu-ray hi-fi system, and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchen.
All three bedrooms have a TV. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds.
For a small child, a travel crib, high chair, step stool, and stair gate are available.
Both bathrooms have a shower; one bathroom also has a bathtub.
Free Wi-Fi.

The garden features patio furniture, a parasol, and two lounge chairs.
There are also 2 parking spaces and a tool shed.
