Completed in November 2017, this semi-detached house has approximately 100 m² of living space.
On the first floor, the Austernfischer house features an open, fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer),
a living room with a dining table, TV, and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sauna (for a fee).
A cozy wood-burning stove complements the peaceful atmosphere.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and TVs, as well as a shower room with a toilet.
The third bedroom, with 2 single beds, is located in the attic.
