Never, ever reserve any stay at this facility

The hotel was CLOSED when I arrived (within business hours provided in reservation confirmation email). No one had answer any phone number provide in the reservation email. Hotels.com charged me for the stay up-from and denies to refund it.

Zostałem oszukany a wręcz okradziony

Avoid. No booking.

On arrival phoned the property owner who reported no booking made and does not use Hotels.com. Very unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone. Subsequently checked the booking with Hotels.com who confirmed booking and attempted to make contact with the owner. Due to no contact from owner an alternative accommodation was sourced via Hotels.com representative. Would not recommend!

Oszustwo
