"This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful. The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive. Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. The breakfast was plentiful with a great deal of variety. It was a wonderful experience staying in Zhangjiajie, visiting the attractions and staying at this hotel."
