Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They canโ€™t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well.

Room condition and reception

Reception is good especially Mr Charles Li However there is still room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hot and cold water is difficult to adjust. Room is dim and there is no proper place for makeup

The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat.
