We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room was cozy, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help us with dinner reservations and activity tips. The hot chocolate by the fireplace in the lobby was a perfect touch after a day outdoors. It all felt welcoming, uncomplicated, and comfortable. We’d happily return.

C’est un grand hôtel réputé de la ville. Dès notre arrivée, on nous a servi une infusion de gingembre chaude, un petit geste très attentionné qui nous a fait plaisir.

The hotel is definitely not King Maker Grand Hotel. If you do book, the real name is “ ZHANG JIAJIE HUATIAN HOTEL”. Chinese name “ 张家界華天大说店”
