You’ll find a spacious double room with the option for an extra bed and an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, fully accessible with no architectural barriers. Upstairs, there are 2 single rooms, each with a French bed and a small balcony, plus a shared bathroom. The property is shared with the homeowner. Guests under 18 are not permitted.
A fully equipped shared kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules is available. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, fan, and air conditioning in each room, as well as a communal living room with TV. Shared washer and dryer are available upon request. Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15).
