Cozy Zermatt Studio: Terrace, Village Views

Summary:

Studio for 2 people with Wifi access and TV. Large shared terrace with views of the village of Zermatt. Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Raclette and electric Fondue oven. A double bed (140x200) with storage drawers, a wardrobe, table and chairs furnish the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedding, bath and kitchen linens are available.



The Space:

The studio is located on the edge of the forest overlooking the village of Zermatt. The last 100 steps to be taken are on a somewhat steep ramp; tarmac, it can be a little difficult to climb depending on your physical condition or the size of your suitcases…. but the magnificent view of the Matterhorn during the climb will make you forget your effort! The place is very quiet and picturesque. For smokers, the terrace is available.



Guest Access:

You have access to a shared terrace with 2 other entities. Kitchen and bathroom are privat.



The Neighborhood:

The Steinmatt district is an old quarter overlooking the village of Zermatt. The picturesque Gornergrat railway passes directly in front of the house, adding to its charm. Access to the house is via an unguarded crossing of the Gornergrat.



Getting Around:

The accommodation is close (400m) to the e-Bus stop Brücke am Steg or Kirchbrücke. From there, you are on the bus line which takes you to the departures for Matterhorn Paradise, Sunnegga or Gornergrat (station square).



Other Things to Note:

Zermatt is a car-free village. For this reason we can not offer parking. Cars must be parked in Täsch. Afterwards you have to take the shuttle train to Zermatt.

Zermatt is a mountain village and everything is easily accessible on foot. There are 2 bus lines (free) and paid taxis (Electro) in town.
