Perfect location, breakfast was amazing and the spa was the best part. The attention to detail between the architecture and design gave Backstage the perfect vibe for our first time in Zermatt.

Close to train. Nice amenities and fabulous breakfast. We had a balcony with a view- just be aware that night time noise from the lively town can be heard from the front facing balcony. Wonderful stay.

Wow! We loved this hotel and the spa was also amazing. We’ve stayed at many high end hotels before but this one has something special. The style and decor was so interesting, staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was excellent. Great views. Would definitely stay here again

The spa (I suppose he was manager ) was super unfriendly . He ought to go find a job that he likes because he doesn’t like this one !! Front desk girls & guy that I had interaction with were just lovely . Breakfast had lots of choices & was very tasty!! I would stay there again but would recommend getting rid of guy that sat at the spa desk entry !

This was such a wonderful hotel with a truly unique room. We felt surrounded by windows, allowing us to fall asleep under the stars, with a moon-shadowed Matterhorn outside, and wake up to breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to assist us. It was a special birthday celebration for my daughter, and they thoughtfully had a “Happy Birthday” sign and balloons waiting for her when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, making it even more memorable. We can't wait to stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay with incredibly helpful and caring staff who did their very best to make my husband’s birthday special. We were truly surprised and delighted by their thoughtful gestures. This is what I call genuine personal service. Both the loft and the double room have a unique and interesting design. The breakfast was generous and of excellent quality. Despite the central location, right in the middle of everything, the hotel felt very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel spa is a true oasis of well-being, offering a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel and would once again like to highlight the lovely, friendly, and attentive staff who made our stay so memorable. Thank you so much!
