For the amount of money we paid for a 7 night stay, I would have expected better customer service. Interhome, the property management company, was incredibly slow to respond. We only received 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel roll and no bath towel refresh for our entire stay. I won't be booking through Interhome again.

Very nice apartment

We are a family of 4 who used this apartment over the Christmas week 2024 for skiing. Pros: Plenty of room, great central location to Sunnega and Furi ski lifts. Can walk to larger grocery store. Smaller grocery and bakery very close by. Ski rental down the street. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice to have access to Interhome office staff close by. Wood burning fireplace was nice. Radiant heating worked pretty well. Nice area to store skis and boots on first floor.Cons: no microwave, no laundry, no hot tub. Spa was very nice with both steam room and dry sauna, however it was non-functional for several days when we wanted to use it, also has restricted hours of use. Can easily hear noise from floor above. No paper products provided in kitchen (no paper towels or napkins), only one trash bag and very little dishwasher soap provided. Poor instructions provided for required trash and recycling removal.
