We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt.

Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing. We received an upgrade and the room we got was spacious and had views of the Matterhorn. There was a spacious balcony as well. The room and bathroom was well appointed with a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The included breakfast was nice with both cold and hot options. I would definitely stay here again.
