Our thatched-roof house is idyllically and peacefully located on the outskirts. Spanning 100 m², it offers everything about 6 people could wish for. The house features a living room and dining area on the first floor with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machines, a kettle, and a toaster. On the first floor, there is one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sauna area. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a children’s bed, the other with a sitting area—and a shower area with a toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the house.
The property features a 500 m² garden with a spacious terrace for sunbathing or barbecuing.
On the Baltic Sea beach (10 min. walk via a boardwalk), there is a private deck chair. The backwaters have a small harbor.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, zwischen Achterwasser und Ostsee, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist geräumig und heimelig. Alles da, was man so braucht. Ein Strandkorb im Garten und einer am Strand. Wir haben uns im Ort und im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern kehren wir hierher zurück. Parkplatz vor dem Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Auch sehr Familienfreundlich.

Neujahr auf Usedom

Wir sind vollstens zufrieden. Tolle Aktionen was Usedom seinen Gästen zum Jahresende bietet. Leider spürt man bei dem einem oder anderen das es eine Lange Saison war, aber dies denke ich menschlich.Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich, so das es nichts zu meckern gibt.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man so braucht. Schöne Umgebung und toll mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Nur ein kleiner Hinweis für Familien mit Rollstuhlfahrern, das Erdgeschoss ist weitestgehend Rollstuhlgerecht. Allerdings ist das Bad nicht mit dem Rollstuhl befahrbar. Der Türrahmen ist zu schmal, auch im Bad ist es recht eng. Es gibt keinen Haltegriff.

Gemütliches Feriendomizil mit Stil

Wir sind 2 Paare und machen regelmäßig gemeinsam Urlaub. Das Haus auf Usedom liegt sehr ruhig, dennoch sind Strände und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus mit Reetdach hat Stil, die Ausstattung ist komplett und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Einen Aufenthalt können wir absolut empfehlen.

Familienurlaub in Zempin

Usedom ist der schönste Ort, den ich bisher an der Ostsee erlebt habe. In Zinnowitz hat es uns besonders gut gefallen. Gewohnt haben wir in Zempin, in dem schönen Strohdachhaus. Es war alles da, was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben. Leider gab es Ameisen in der Küche. Ansonsten alles fein.

Der Check in war wirklich leicht und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat eine schöne ruhige Lage, alles wie vorher beschrieben. Die Sauna war ein schöner Zusatzpunkt. Auch nur zu empfehlen. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich, alles da was man braucht. Sehr gerne wieder.

Entspannung pur.

Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie für sieben Tage in Zempin im Achterhus und es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, das Haus geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter waren mustergültig und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung war überragend und der kurze Fußweg zum Strand eine prima Abwechslung. Ein rundum toller Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles. Das Haus ist seinen Preis wert.

Schön wäre es.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet! Zempin ist sehr ruhig und dementsprechend ist abends natürlich nichts los. Zinnowitz ist aber auch fußläufig gut erreichbar wenn man Abends noch etwas machen möchte.

Sehr schöne Anlage.

Es hat alles gepasst. Leider hat die Waschmaschine einen Fehler. Nach Anfrage beim Verwalter- der sofort erreichbar und freundlich war- hieß es man solle die Türe der Waschmaschine andrücken dann läuft sie. Das tat sie dann ...aber eben nur für paar Minuten dann war der Fehler wieder da. Der Waschvorgang dauerte für 2 Wäschen den ganzen Tag. Sonst hätten wir volle 5 Punkte vergeben. Ersatz wurde keiner gestellt. Die Ausstattung ist ansonsten schön und Umfangreich.

Viele Ecken und Kanten mit Änderungsbedarf

Das Haus ist groß und bietet genügt Platz. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausdame funktionierte super, was man von der Kommunikation zum Vermierter im Vorfeld nicht sagen kann. Geworben wird damit, dass man bei Fragen jederzeit anrufen kann und dann zurückgerufen wird. Leider wird man regelrecht ignoriert und auf Rückantworten warten wir heute noch. Genau hinsehen darf man im Haus nicht, das Geschirr ist teilweise dreckig und fast jede Tasse hat einen Sprung oder ist abgeplatzt, die Wände haben Flecken, die Couch sieht auch sehr abgenutzt aus, der Fernseher im oberen Bereich ist defekt, das untere Bett knarrt extrem laut und eine Ameisenfamilie macht es sich im Küchenbereich gemütlich und läuft überall lang. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Waschküche, mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und die hauseigene Sauna im unteren Bad. Leider ist der Müllbereich eine Katastrophe. Wie wir erfahren haben, wird die viel zu kleine Tonne nur alle zwei Wochen abgeholt. Als wir ankamen, war die Tonne schon voll, also hieß es stapeln. Die Vögel fingen schon an den Müll auseinander zu nehmen. Sehr unschön und definitiv eine Änderung erforderlich! Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit.

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen aber der Strand ist trotzdem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar .Alles was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden und super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Würden gerne wiederkommen

Sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Babys) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Direkt am Wald und wenige Minuten zum Achterwasser, in entgegengesetzter Richtung in den Ort mit kleinem Lebensmittelmarkt (der leckere Semmeln verkauft) und Café (dessen Bedienung jedoch noch an der Freundlichkeit bisschen üben muss) Für schönes Wetter stehen Sonnenliegen, Sitzplatz im Garten und Planschbecken für die Kleinen zur Verfügung, sowie Grill und Bollerwagen (großartig, wenn man mit Kindern an den Strand will) Die Regentage kann man mit Lesen (kleine Bücherauswahl im Haus und gegenüber der alten Schule gibt es einen sehr hübsch gestalteten Bücherschrank im Freien für jedermann. Ebenfalls dort „Omas“ Marmeladenhäuschen mit Kasse des Vertrauens. Beste Johannisbeermarmelade) am Kamin und in der Sauna überbrücken. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Auflauf- und Backform. Kleiner Hinweis noch: Fliegengitter wären noch wünschenswert und im unteren Schlafzimmer knarrt das Bett ziemlich arg, sodass das Baby davon aufwacht. Ich bin mir aber sicher, das regelt der Verwalter in Kürze, denn dieser ist absolut zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS. Durch den Wald erreicht man nach einem schönen Spaziergang von 2,5 km den einzigsten Bioladen (am Hafen von Zinnowitz) weit und breit.
