This exclusive 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the “Südwind” apartment building in a very quiet area. All apartments are accessible by elevator. From the balcony, you have a magnificent view of the dune forest stretching out to the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea is a 3-minute walk away. The Achterwasser, bakeries, and various restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The apartment comes with its own parking space. Guests have shared access to the children’s playground and a covered bike rack.

The basement features 2 coin-operated washing machines and 2 coin-operated dryers, as well as the communal pool and sauna.

Please note that the vacation rental is generally rented without bed linens or towels. (Pillows and beds are provided.) Linen packages can be booked for a fee.

Please note that only a basic supply of toilet paper, soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags, etc., is provided.

To issue visitor registration cards, we must request the names, dates of birth, and places of residence of all travelers separately. If this information is not provided, the reservation will unfortunately have to be canceled.
