Sehr schöne Ferienanlage

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und eigentlich auch die Ferienwohnung, wenn da nicht einige Sachen wären die nicht so in Ordnung waren. Sofa, Polsterstühle, Dusche waren ziemlich verschmutzt bzw. schimmlig. Leider hatten wir nebenan Bauarbeiten. Aber ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung

Spülmaschine defekt, Toaster verdreckt-altes Brot noch innen, Kaffeemaschine - altes Kaffeepulver I'm Filter, Herd Rückseite mit Tomatensauce, Brotreste auf der Arbeitsplätze, die Küche war in dem Zustand nicht nutzbar. Strandkorb und Fußmatte mit altem Laub vom Herbst verdreckt, Balkontür von außen klebrig, es musste alles vor Gebrauch sauber gemacht werden. Sofa und Sessel total verschlissen und verdreckt. Grundsauberkeit hat komplett gefehlt. Schade für eine ansonsten schöne Wohnung.

Wir hatten vor ca 3 Jahren diese Wohnung schon einmal gebucht. Es wurde in Zwischenzeit renoviert und modernisiert. Eine gemütliche Wohnung, in der es einem an nichts fehlt.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, sehr ruhige, saubere Unterkunft. Man merkt jedoch das die Wohnung sehr reflektiert ist, das Bad hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Auto war sehr gut aufgehoben.

Mangelhafte Wohnung

Der Zustand der Wohnung war mangelhaft. Kein WLAN , Fernseher-Fernbedienung defekt, keine Lautstärke, Terassenläden klemmen auf den Fußboden und konnten nicht geschlossen werden und die Sauberkeit der Terassenläden lassen zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben nach 4 Tagen die Heimreise angetreten. Der Urlaub war schlecht. Wir buchen dort nie wieder.

Der Zustand war sehr staubig und ungepflegt, sowie durchgesessene Sitzmöbel, die Matratzenschoner sowie Decken waren auch sehr fleckig. Eine Raumtemperatur von max. 20° trägt der Erholung gerade bei kühleren Temperaturen nicht bei.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen, abgeschlossenen Anlage und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt von der Wohnung aus kann man wunderschöne Wanderungen am Achterwasser und bis zum Meer machen. Zempin ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Überall kann man frischen Fisch und Räucherfisch kaufen oder direkt verzehren. Supermärkte sind in Zinnowitz oder Koserow reichlich vorhanden. Die Strände sind einfach wunderbar! Auch die Halbinseln am Achterwasser sind einen Besuch wert!

Könnte sauberer sein und die Geräte sowie das Sofa sind in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung und schöne Lage.
