It features 4 fully furnished bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with three single beds, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed), as well as a cozy sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The space is bright, modern, and well-maintained, offering a welcoming and stylish atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The apartment is located on the third floor. You can take the elevator.

Free parking is available for your convenience. Please note that the parking space is not very large and is not suitable for vans, tall vehicles, or large cars, as there are pipes on the ceiling that limit the height to a maximum of 1.90 m. Parking requires some maneuvering, so we recommend it only for small or medium-sized cars.

There is split-type air conditioning in the living room and the triple bedroom, and fans are provided in the other rooms. During the winter months, central heating is available.

The house must be left clean; otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
€10 for small towels
€20 for large towels
€10 for sheets
€30 for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will result in a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
