Stylish Apartment on the Riverbank—Patio & Iconic Views

This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is located in the heart of Zaragoza, just steps from the famous Plaza del Pilar. The apartment features two elegantly furnished bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with stunning views of the Basílica del Pilar, making it ideal for up to 6 guests. Perfectly located near the river and iconic attractions, it offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the heart of the city.
We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
Both bedrooms feature double beds, and one bedroom opens onto the terrace, offering panoramic views of the Basílica del Pilar. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a large sofa bed, an armchair, and a widescreen TV. The dining area includes a large table, perfect for meals or work. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, for your convenience.
Guests can enjoy all the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, heating, fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, is perfect for dining or relaxing while taking in the city skyline. The apartment is centrally located; occasional noise from pedestrians or nearby businesses may be heard.

The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll

- Heating should not be set above 22°C
- Occasional outside noise due to the central location
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by the Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist stays. Reservations are accepted only for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in guests not being permitted to stay at the property.
