The completely separate upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 open-concept kitchen and living room, and exclusive guest access to the pool, artificial turf, common areas, and barbecue. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside—perfect for families. Accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 14 guests—please inquire about pricing). We have 4 parking spaces on the property. Parties are not permitted, nor is access to the property allowed for anyone not included in the reservation.<br>A security deposit will be required and will be refunded 24–48 hours after the guests’ checkout, following a thorough inspection.<br><br>This is because there are many items inside the home that could be damaged by misuse by guests. The house has a trampoline intended exclusively for children; due to its large size, it is not feasible to set up and take down, however, once all guests have checked in and the house rules have been explained, please be aware that the trampoline has a maximum weight limit of 150 kilos and is intended exclusively for children. There are also umbrellas and lounge chairs, which guests are responsible for closing or putting away in case of bad weather.<br><br><br>Check-in will take place inside the property with all guests present; this is a mandatory requirement. No person who refuses to provide proper identification via their national ID card or passport will be permitted to stay.<br><br> Failure to cooperate with this requirement will result in the guest’s eviction.
