The room was clean, and the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. This was a motel instead of a hotel, so you had to go outside to get to the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good. The motel is on a high hill with a steep drive and it snowed. The drive wasn’t plowed or salted when we left.

The staff is inconsistsnt where the last week hardly removed trash from my room. Breakfast under the original owner was great, but now it's only sausage gravy and biscuits as the only hot breakfast. No eggs, no sausage. The room shows a lot of wear and tear.

Check in staff friendly, good breakfast selections. Room was good, caulking around bathtub needs replaced due to mildew (or cleaned). Also carpet on upstairs outside area is loose, could easily trip on it. Otherwise good stay.
