The villa owner is currently carrying out some maintenance work in an area behind the villa. A privacy screen has been installed, and all work is scheduled to take place during the off-season. Guests with existing or upcoming bookings will not be affected, and all villa facilities and amenities will remain available as normal.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The path to the poolside is 150cm wide. The terrace is uneven in places due to the nature of the stone surface. There are a handful of steps to the poolside, and further steps to the BBQ area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
