This traditional Zakynthian stone built property is just 150 yards from the nearest sandy bay and a little further on foot to the heart of Vasilikos. Surrounded by pretty olive trees, the detached villa takes its name from the Greek word for olive - 'elia'. Interiors are fresh and contemporary with stylish decor that provides a comfortable base to relax in. You'll also have attractive outside space and 2 balconies that overlook the pool. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Ionio Elia enjoys a desirable location just a few minutes' stroll from the beautiful, unspoiled sands of Ionio Beach. There's a restaurant and beach bar here plus the centre of the Vasilikos Peninsula can also be easily reached by foot. It offers a couple of traditional tavernas and coffee shops, a smattering of shops and has a lovely, laid back village feel - the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Other beaches are easily accessible by foot with sea-facing bars and watersports to try. You can also explore the popular Argasi resort, just a 15 minute drive away. Or, visit the island's buzzing capital, Zante Town, a 25 minute car journey away.
