The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My wife’s necklaces disappeared from our room during the stay, and when we raised the issue it was never properly resolved. At checkout we were also overcharged, which left a very bad impression. On top of that, my wife developed bed bug bites during the stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, while the property looks nice, the service and security fell far below expectations.

Attractively designed, modern and spacious resort. Plenty of places to sit around the 3 pools. Fiore (fine dining) restaurant is excellent, Novita (a la carte restaurant next to swimming pools) is nice, Elea (breakfast and half board restaurant) is OK for restaurant but not as nice as the other two for dinner (we did not eat at Bostani).
