The newly built and special house of 90 m2 with its large terrace of 50 m2 offers you everything you need to spend the most unforgettable holidays.
The newly built house offers many amenities.
It consists of the main area of the house that includes the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom and the very spacious living/dining room that is enclosed by glass windows, which open and become an open terrace.
In the garden there are sun loungers, outdoor shower and WC, kitchenette and grill.
Right next to the garden there is the path that leads to the private beach.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer breakfast, either at the beautiful sunny terrace of " Villas Cavo Marathia" (just a few meters by foot) or at our property for an additional fee.
