Introducing Bay View II, a splendid three-bedroom, four-bathroom villa exquisitely designed with contemporary finishes and furnishings. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space seamlessly connect, drawing you towards the inviting poolside terrace through elegant patio doors. Revel in breathtaking sea views that grace the terrace throughout the day, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor living, complete with a dining area and barbecue – the perfect ambiance for alfresco enjoyment!

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 8 steps, there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 78cm wide. There are 20 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
