Most of the staff was very helpful and courteous. I had a bad experience during check-in when a staff member decided to serve the 2 ladies behind me while I've been waiting in line first. She said she assumed I was with the family in front of me because we have the same skin color. I explicitly informed her that I was not with them, but she continued to serve the other 2 women & ignored me. She did apologize to me as I was checking out a few days later, but that left a bad impression on me already. Other than that, the room was spacious and nice & clean. The bed can be more comfortable. The restaurant was very decent.

Everything was fine, but the furnishings in the lobby, while trendily mid-Century, are incredibly uncomfortable. The spare cushions and hard angles make it an uninviting spot. The room was excellent, as was the onsite restaurant. The staff are particularly good!

Everything about this hip and modern hotel is perfect - from its location, to the amenities, the vibe, the staff, the rooms, the bar and restaurant, the rooms, and absolutely spotless and clean environment. This is my favorite hotel for my frequent stays in Zagreb. Highly recommend.

Hotel was good, although a little dated. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Hotel is a fair walk from the main shopping and attractions - although most attractions were either closed or undergoing renovations. Restaurant options in the area are limited

I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

All of the staff were very helpful. The concierge staff were friendly at check in. It was a nice walk to city centre. The rooms were clean and modern. The rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

Love the water station, clean & comfortable

Close walk from the bus station and the central area sights. They provide a lovely glass pitcher and ice bucket with filtered water filling stations on several floors. Every hotel should do this to eliminate plastic waste. Bed was comfortable with four pillows and the shower was hot and powerful. Blackout drapes worked perfectly. Great for a corporate hotel.
