A very, very nice hotel, a far cry from the lower mid range best westerns of USA road trips 20 years ago. This is a lovely hotel. We had a very nice stay, and the breakfast is extensive and very good.

The breakfasts were excellent, such a wide variety available and staff were very attentive at clearing tables, topping up etc. Great hotel, with lovely atmosphere and so iconic of the 1930's. Would thoroughly recommend for a stay in Zagreb.

We were upgraded to a suite so we had lots of room and two bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable as were the chairs. excellent breakfast included with wide selection. Staff very helpful sorting out wifi problem and arranging takeout breakfast for our early checkout.
