The villa consists of two independent apartments: A 110 sqm maisonette, the Venieri's stone villa grande, and a 70 sqm apartment, the Venieri's stone villa junior.
Venieri's stone villa grande: It has two floors. On the upper floor there is a living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed or used as a single bed, and a terrace with spectacular views of the green slopes of Pilion and the Thallas. On the ground floor there is a living room, an office, two bedrooms separated by blackout curtains and a bathroom.
Venieri's Stone Villa Junior. There is a living room with a fireplace and a single bed. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom separated from the rest of the room by curtains and a bathroom.

The villa has two parking spaces, one for each apartment.
