The coffee was almost cold. ​SPA: We booked two kinds of Spa treatments. The room was very cold and couldn't be warmed, so we gave up the second one. Very friendly service with attention to detail and warm welcome. We were very happy with our room which was spacious. Location is great, on the way to the National Park entrance to Black Lake and within 5-10 min walk from town centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. And the sauna was a nice inclusion at the end of a day’s walk.

Beautiful view

The location is perfect for us to walk to the Black lake. It was lovely to also have a nice view of snow capped mountains. We enjoyed an evening relaxing in the steam room and sauna on our first night after a long drive from Sarajevo. The bed was also comfortable and we slept well every night.
