Took 45 minutes to check-in, as Zamindor did not appear to have Expedia reservation. Offered us tea, then charged us for it on check-out. Otherwise pleasant experience.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. However the toileties needed refilling and the aircon didn't work. The hotel engineer advised that the air con for the entire floor had been disabled and instead the heating was still on, in June! Breakfast was ok but if you want a coffee rather than pre-made instant coffee you have to pay extra which seems mean bearing in mind the price of the room. The pool and spa facilities looked clean and good but we didn't use them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was super clean, pool and Turkish hamam was amazing. Located next to the gondola and a few local restaurants. The staff were very nice. The reason I took off one star is as follows: 1) when checking in, they did not have our reservation. Something with their system not being connected with Expedia. As a result we had to negotiate our room which they did honor the Expedia rate. But charged us extra for a cot. Also there is a tourism tax of 123000 UZK per night. 2) Housekeeping did not clean our room one night. A second day, we had to follow-up three times with front desk to clean our room which they eventually did. 3) Language barrier is an issue. Limited number of folks spoke English so things got misinterpreted. Overall the stay was pleasant. I would come back again.
