Ground floor: entrance hall with library, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob), living/dining room (fireplace, double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 folding cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 child's extra bed), bathroom, WC. Oil heating included. Firewood available for an additional €12/week. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, stroller, etc. Close to the village center, the cottage is ideally located for all kinds of activities. Yvoy-le-Marron is a small village with all the shops you will need during your holiday, situated in a peaceful setting in the Sologne countryside. Your cottage is bright, well laid out, and welcoming, with an equally charming outdoor area featuring a large garden with trees and a swing for children. Other leisure facilities are available to help ensure a pleasant stay, including a swing set, two children's bicycles, and a pétanque court. For outdoor activities, the cottage is just 500m from a hiking and cycling path through the forest, 4km from Center Parcs, and the many Loire Valley châteaux are easily accessible by car: everything you need for a great holiday!
