This was the first time we stayed here. My husband and I had a western style room and it was very roomy, furnished nicely, staff was polite and knowledgeable, had an onsite onsen too. Free shuttle service to the train station too. We would be happy to stay here again!

I stayed here before and it’s always clean and you have everything you need. The public baths are spacious and excellent. The staff is always polite. In the winter season the free orange bus which connects with Gala and Ishiuchi slopes is very convenient. The hotel has its own ski rental and lockers which are very convenient.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the team. Thank you again for the hospitality and support. It made our stay much more comfortable.

Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious. Great buffet breakfast selection. Friendly staffs. Free shuttle bus to Yuzawa station every 30 mins. The snow resort is right next to the hotel; however, it was not yet opened when we were there (mid December) We had to travel to Kagura.

Christmas at Yuzawa Naspa Otani hotel

We chose the junior suite overlooking the mountain and ski slopes for our 4-day/3-night christmas trip. This hotel is right at the start of the slopes and offers every comfort for a short skiing trip: all rental gear you can imagine and especially free ski lift package for hotel guests.

Nice Hotel in Echigoyuzawa

Hotel ist just great for weekend retreat. It has an onsen, swimming pool, fitness room, etc. Also it is located close to Ski lift. There are several restaurants and the Hotel and a nice bar. Shuttle bus is also available

The junior suite room was spacious, and the hot spring was great. Great staff. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and it was good. However, since I visited during the off-season, their restaurant was closed for dinner.
