1970s AC doesn’t work. Leaks from ceiling in Honeymoon(Nightmare) suite. Staff knew this and still rent it out. They have fans behind desk. People were outside all night because their rooms were not habitable. I asked to get switched to another room and once I moved all my stuff turned on TV and it didn’t work. This place should not be open, period.

Hotel itself was OK - no complaints, and continental breakfast was pretty varied, even though they had run out of milk for the coffee and I was told 'they had no more', which is something that should be addressed. Also no leeway at breakfast - as soon as the clock chimed nine the desk lady got up and put everything away. Didn't find the desk staff friendly at all; no smiles, greetings, hello's or good mornings. All of local native descent so maybe a cultural thing, though I doubt it as the cleaning lady was smiley and helpful. All in all a fair place to stay for the price, though some staff customer service training seems to be required.

Checking inn was not that great, staff was not friendly at all straight to the point. The A/C in the room was not working was hot, there was a part of the ceiling that was was falling down. The thermostat was very old and did not work, I called the staff to let them know. She said a maintenance man will be going to the room to check it out. She did not offer to change room, nor to give a fan while we wait. One hour passed and nothing. So called again and she said he is in another call. So we packed our things and check out. Very bad service did not care. She told us that we did not asked her to move rooms. Last time I checked that's her job. Please don't go there its cheap but i guess that's what you get. This was at 9pm and i had to go to work early morning. We also ask for a refund and she said no. Very rude talked back defending herself. What happened to Customer service, Hospitality ?

The hotel was very clean and had very good air conditioning. There was also a very nice pool outside. At this price, we were positively surprised. We recommend for other travellers.

Bad Honeymoon!

The lady at the front desk was rude, no name tag. Seemed annoyed when I asked for more towels. It’s was the Honeymoon suit but it wasn’t much of a suit. The hot tube was dirty, I cleaned it before we could use it. The only chair had stains on it & the room was to small.
