An absolute sanctuary! Flawless service from an amazing team and an incredibly spacious room with a private onsen made our stay unforgettable. It’s an excellent hotel. Design is nice, staff are helpful albeit that one could feel they are short of working hands. Everyone seems to be doing multiple jobs and looking overworked. Our experience has been very positive.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was excellent—staff members were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the complimentary minibar was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The food truly stood out; every dish was exceptionally well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was clear that great care was taken in both quality and taste.
