The hotel is very well managed and clean. The check-in process was fast, easy, but took care of all the needed info for a good stay. The staff went to the room to make sure it's ready for my early check-in (sign #1 for being well-managed). The room was very clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of free hydrations provided (1st floor fountain and bottled water at every level and in-room). The breakfast was served right on time, with consistent quality and tasty. The hotel is at a very desirabe location, with a short walk to the main commercial area and the piers, but with just enough separation for peace and quiet. There's always a responsive staff at the counter regardless of hours. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and would highly recomment it!

Our stay at TaiHu Hotel was spectacular: the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating to the needs of our group of 7 throughout our stay. First, the basics: we stayed in the Deluxe Penthouse, with 3 bedrooms total. The room was incredibly spacious, and the living room had plenty of seating for all 7 of us to socialise. The room was clean and well-furnished: plenty of towels, slippers, cups, hair dryers and soap. The beds were comfortable and the mix of futon beds and a queen bed gave us enough space to spread out. The hotel is also very well-situated, close to the pier and the main restaurants. There is a bit of an uphill hike to the bus stops, but nothing too extreme. What stood out during our stay was the extra mile the host went to accommodate us. On our first morning, most of us missed breakfast after a late night, and she kindly offered us bento boxes to bring upstairs. On our second (and last) morning, we had to leave earlier than the standard breakfast timing in order to catch the bus from Ita Thao to the intercity bus terminal in Shuishe. To make sure we still had breakfast, she prepared it an hour earlier than normal and had it ready for us to quickly eat before we left. This was an incredible help for our unusual schedule, notwithstanding that all the food was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sun Moon Lake, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible host. I would recommend a stay here any day.

Hotel were manned by 2 people, a gentlemen in the day and a lady at night. The gentlement was very welcoming and showed us around the small town the moment we arrived. Room was also clean and has basic ammeneties. Breakfast given must be collected downstairs and eaten in the room though. Bath Shampoo and Soap were of decent quality. The hotel was within walking distance to the pier and bus stop. And in the middle of the bustling small village

The hotel is nicely situated in Ida Thao's old street. The hotel isn't fancy but it's very comfortable with a very accommodating staff. They were so helpful to everyone. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

泰湖樓民宿很棒，值得推薦。

房價雖然便宜，但是空間不小，床很大。基本配備都齊全。最讓我驚訝的是，早餐非常豐盛，除了有一全盒的蔬果以外，還有自助的麵包，咖喱飯·，芭樂汁，當然也包括日月潭紅茶和咖啡。也有免費停車。服務人員態度非常好，簡直是四星級飯店的享受，值得推薦。
