Soak in the hot tub, cool off in the cowboy pool, or gather around the firepit under desert skies. Inside, relax in the tub with your private star-lit courtyard, then dine at the custom boulder table. End your stay by leaving a message in the vintage phone booth, adding your experience to the home’s story.

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Pet Fee is $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Chef/Visitor

If your chef will be at the unit, please let us know in advance. They’re welcome during the day, but they cannot spend the night unless they’re added to the reservation as a registered guest.
