Since you’re in the desert, expect some critters, dirt, dust, and bugs. The pool can attract various wildlife, and while we clean it weekly, occasional visitors may still drop by.

The pool has a $300 fee per day and requires at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Please use the pool at your own risk; we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Never leave pets or children unattended near the pool.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Return the keys
Please turn off the heater and AC when leaving.
Leave all remotes, keys, and fobs (garage remote) in their original spot. Leave towels and linens in the bathroom, no need to strip the beds.
If you need to do laundry, please do it the day before check-out, not the day itself, to avoid any delays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
