A shaded patio offers a comfortable place to escape the afternoon sun, while the BBQ grill makes it easy to keep lunch or dinner outdoors. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit with a drink and watch the colors change across the mountains. The hot tub offers another inviting spot to relax, particularly once the air cools and the valley lights begin to twinkle below.



A fountain courtyard, stone accents and private gated entry complete the setting, giving the property a distinctive sense of arrival.

The heart of the home is its spacious great room, where high wood-beamed ceilings and a magnificent stone fireplace create a setting that feels both grand and comfortable. Two bedrooms feature king beds, a third has a queen bed, and the fourth is furnished with a bunk bed that's especially well suited to younger guests. Rather than identical rooms, each has distinctive design details, from geometric patterns and rich accent colors to warm wood furnishings and playful textiles. Several bedrooms also enjoy views of the surrounding valley and hills.



The home includes two full bathrooms featuring patterned tile and contemporary finishes, including one with a double vanity. An additional half bathroom features warm orange tile and a wood vanity. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.
