Cozy is an accurate term, but the house was well kept. Very clean and updated. Extremelly conveniet location for shopping and restaurants. Close to Eastern Michigan University, Univesity of Michigan and WCC. The house was well stocked with essentials and the laundry was convenient. Good value for the price.
