Room was clean, bathroom was nice, bed was ok (comfort wise) walls were thin, could hear the people next to us (loud tv, laughing, talking) not sure if they were just SUPER LOUD or not. It was sufficient for what we needed. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Hot tub was out of order, that was a huge bummer.. one of the MAIN reasons I choose this hotel and not another was because of the seperate hot tub.

All around great hotel. Pool and hot tub looks good, but I did norht have a minute to jump in. Dining options at the hotel really cover all the bases and the bar there is a great option for some drinks. Hotel itself is a great location in Boardman. Movie theatre, some shopping, restraunts, and bars within walking distance or many mort within a short driving range if you prefer.

Hotel was above average while checking in I changed two rooms 1.it was not prepared after old guests left 2. Entrance Light was not working 3. Third room wash basin sink water clogging I did not have energy to change room… I booked this room because of hot tub water in the pool and tub was not clean.. I never expected IHG property will be like this…it was my first stay in IHG

Everything was wonderful !!! This is my new home away from home now. We were there visiting my sister in law, and she put us up there. I will NEVER stay anywhere else when I come to Boardman. The room was like home, and the breakfasts were awesome. We extended our stay because we had such a good time. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. I can't wait to come back!!!!!
