Lakefront home on beautiful Lake Chatuge nestled in a cove offering stunning sunsets conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to Hiawassee, Young Harris, and Blairsville, GA as well as Hayesville and Murphy, NC, with many popular restaurant options within a mile. Also just a 2 hour drive from Atlanta, Asheville, and Chattanooga.

Lot lays very well with gradual slope and is an easy short walk down to the lake. Lake can also be accessed by walking around from the rear of the house to avoid stairs if needed.

We are located about a mile from the Ridges Marina if you would like to rent a boat during your stay. We are also located about a mile from a public boat ramp off of Red Banks Drive if you care to bring your own boat.

Home is well maintained to remain in good repair with pressure washing of home and dock, pest control, timely A/C air filters changes, and lawn care.

We have online booking for your convenience. Please ensure that you have read and can comply with our rental policies before making a booking request. The most important to consider is 8 guests maximum including children/infants, no pets, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

House is very well stocked with lots of kitchen items, life jackets, kayaks, board games, etc. The location on the lake is perfect and we were able to rent a boat and dock it overnight.We will definitely rent this home again in the future

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed. Double master bedrooms was such a bonus. The street was so quiet and beautiful. Me and my husband enjoyed peaceful early morning 5 mile jogs through the neighborhood. Lots of bunnies, deer, and fireflies to see. Made s’mores on the fire pit. The kids had a blast swimming and on the kayaks.

Beautiful home! Loved the covered porch with lake view. Loved having pool table and corn toss game to play every evening. Lake Chatuge is a beautiful lake, just wish the fish were biting. We had a wonderful time!

A beautiful home on a beautiful lake!

Very clean, very comfortable, our family loved it! Our 4 kids (ages 12-18) loved the kayaks, paddle boat and swimming! Easy access to the lake, and a convenient location to local restaurants and grocery made our stay great!
