Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Room was clean and sheets felt soft, pillows were good too, not stiff like most motels we’ve stayed at. The 24hr complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was awesome! Also their included morning breakfast was great, they had a REAL waffle maker and the bagels were good too. Staff was nice and helpful.

The place is under construction, so great they’re paying attention to it. The only reason we stayed here was because they allow pets. But wow, our room had stains on the wall, torn curtains, and smelled really bad from cigarettes and god know what else. Staff was really nice and helpful. But the property just isn’t great. They do have covered parking. Free breakfast was minimal. Pool was drained and all the walls ripped out. So it was a mess. I’m hoping to come back after the renovation but it wasn’t looking great when I stayed.

Hard bed, old and dated interior, lamp shades deteriorated and also the window drapes shredding apart. Carpet is old and ripped. Nothing fancy but I feel I over paid at $150 a night.

The desk service was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good; including fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The room was just ok. The furniture looked like it was from the 80's and well used. The bed was comfortable and pillows in good shape. The carpet looked in poor condition and in need of professional cleaning/replaced. The hallway carpets were in worse condition and there was a smell in the hallway (carpet most likely). This is a winter destination and it is understandable the carpets get wet more often than normal.

Basically everything, pet room that was not clean, smelled bad, stained carpet & shabby. Almost nonexistent Continental Breakfast, no access to pool or jacuzzi. Coffee was terrible. Shiloh Inn in Mammoth Lakes has gone way down hill.
