If you’re looking for the worst stay of your life you’ve found the one. I wouldn’t even call this a lodge. Sheets were dirty, “repairs” looked like a kid could do it. It looks as dirty as it is. We took the sheets off because they were dirty and there was bloody stains/brown stays on the bed. You’re better off sleeping in the car.

Staff at the front were friendly. Once we got to the house it was not cleaned. Table had crumbs all over, it rat dripping in the corners of the house and in between the sofa cushions. We found two dead rats. One in the master bedroom and one in the fake door bedroom. Air condition work good. No bed bugs where we stayed. Would save your money and find somewhere else.

The stay was awful. For the price, the property felt like a dingy motel. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned - it smelled, the toilet was dirty, the headboard and floors were stained, the bar stools were rusted, and the main door kept getting stuck. When we complained, the guy just said we could move or talk to the owner Gill - I messaged him, and still havent gotten any reply from him. The second room was also musty and the toilet smelled. The pictures on the listings are completely misleading.

While the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the shower was missing the control and had to be manipulated in order to work. The tv was among the smallest I've seen and didn't function well, but we weren't there to watch it anyway. The lock on the door was difficult to get to work. Overall, we were comfortable and the price was low for the area. Marginally recommend.

While the room was fine and having a fridge with a freezer was pretty key, I could not get the hot water in the shower to work as the dial nearly fell off and couldn’t turn very well. The front door handle was really flimsy and when I tried to open the curtains the rod came apart and the curtains fell off. It’s adjacent to the highway so you’ll hear traffic all night long but it is convenient to Yosemite and the staff was very nice
