Climbers Retreat is one half of a duplex and is located inside Yosemite National Park in a small private development called Yosemite West. The home is centrally located to many of the Park's major attractions: Yosemite Valley is 20 minutes away - Glacier Point is 25-30 minutes - The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoia Trees is 35 minutes and Yosemite Ski & Snowboard Resort is located 8 miles away. Great amenities include easy, flat parking for up to 3 cars (a rare find which makes travel so much easier in every season), plus Starlink Wifi!

On the 1st floor, you’ll find a secondary living area complete with gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and a TV. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, closet with sliding door, and a hallway bathroom with shower are just down the hall. Laundry facilities are also on the 1st floor.

The main floor is on the second story, which has the kitchen, dining/living room area with wood floors and knotty pine ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Enjoy the view from the 2nd floor balcony complete with a propane grill and dining table. The main living room (2nd floor) has a top grain leather sectional, gas fireplace and a 55-inch flat screen with HDTV/ Blu-ray. The dining area table seats eight plus there are 3 bar stools at the island counter. Also on the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, 46” Flat Screen TV with a Blue Ray Player, and a spacious walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a shared full bathroom in the hallway.

Climbers Retreat is one of the best locations in the park with all of the features you need to make your Yosemite vacation a wonderful experience!

Perfect Spot in Yosemite for Friends Getaway

We stayed here with family and friends for three nights. The place is VERY centrally located and is immaculate. We loved every minute of our time there and will absolutely stay here again when visiting Yosemite.

This place is beautiful & in an amazing setting in Yosemite! We saw deer in the front yard every day! It was located inside the park with about 30-40 minute drives to various hiking trails or places to eat. It was very clean & beds very comfortable! I would stay there again. Thank you!

One of everything

If you need a no-frills place that has everything you need this is your spot. Plenty of room for our party of 4. No nearby stores or restaurants. A little hard to get a hold of the property manager as this is a home run by a third-party. Beds were comfy. Not set up for kids but we made it work. Could see a large group enjoying this place.
