"I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken. The common areas need attention."

"Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill."

"After reserving a room here for a conference, I had read some recent reviews that were critical of this place, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. But those reviews were NOT my experience. I had a pleasant experience here. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The lobby is HUGE and very beautiful. I did have one negative with some miscommunication with the pool being unlocked and it actually NOT being unlocked, even after telling the front desk twice that it wasn't unlocked, but they finally got it resolved. And wasn't a fan of surrounding area. There seemed to be a lot of construction going on, and to get to places to eat was kind of a drive. BUT overall I really had a nice time here. I would definitely would stay here again and definitely recommended this hotel. Thomas Hawthorne II"
