Room was clean,sheets were clean, bed was very comfy, staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very continental (small). Price was great. Keycard did not work probably due to the subzero temps. We liked it and would definitely stay again.

We first got into a room that had not been cleaned. I cleaned the urine from the toilet, and wiped some hair out of the bathtub. There was a stain on the mattress in the first room we were in. The staff was apprised of this and we were moved to another room, which had been cleaned.
