This beautifully furnished apartment provides an ideal hideaway. Just a 4-minute walk to the Minster and the heart of this vibrant but laid back historic city . Set in a quiet quiet secluded courtyard, with its own front door. Free parking in a gated car park.

Our cottage style apartment is set in a courtyard behind fine old buildings on one of the premier streets in York. Built in 2009 in a traditional style it has all the comforts of a modern home. One double bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner it sleeps two adults and we can take a child in a cot as well.

Many holiday lets ask you to clean at the end of your stay - we believe that you should make the most of your time in York and we should do the cleaning. That way you get to relax and we maintain our high standards.

Car parking is located a short 3 minute walk away in a secure courtyard, you can bring the car into the courtyard to load and unload.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

This is a lovely little apartment very close to York city centre . It had everything we need for our stay. We’d like to thank Rebecca and her husband for their hospitality and help. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great stay and in such a good location with just a short walk into the centre. Parking was simple and just round the corner. Had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Our only feedback would be that the bed was very firm so a mattress topper might offer a little more comfort but otherwise everything was great!
