The Space:

Welcome to Happy Days Lodge, a bright and spacious retreat perfect for families and groups looking to unwind and enjoy time together in comfort.

Located within a prestigious and peaceful lodge park, this inviting three-bedroom lodge offers the ideal balance of relaxation, convenience, and space.



Inside, the lodge features one double bedroom, two cosy twin rooms, and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.

With two modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, everyone has room to refresh after a day exploring the surrounding countryside.



The open-plan living and dining space is warm and welcoming, with soft furnishings and plenty of natural light. Whether you are preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoying breakfast together, or relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV, the space is designed for comfortable and easy living. Additional touches such as a washing machine and central heating ensure longer stays feel effortless.



Step outside onto the private terrace and enjoy quiet moments with views of the beautifully maintained grounds.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.

Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

The park lies just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and approximately a half-hour drive from York city centre. Guests travelling from further afield can reach the park via the A1(M) and A64, both providing quick and direct routes through the region. Every lodge benefits from on-site parking, allowing guests to travel freely and explore the surrounding countryside at their own pace.



For those using public transport, York Railway Station offers fast and frequent services from London, Leeds, and Manchester, while local bus routes connect York and Pocklington several times a day. From Pocklington, it’s just a short taxi ride to the park.
