Great find of a hotel as didnt want to stay in centre .Friendly staff. Quick check in Short drive to shopp outlet and quick uber into centre. Hotel was really clean . Comfy beds. No complaints from us ....we will be back

Check in was super quick. The room was set up for us as a family. Bathroom was spotless and spacious. We only stayed for 1 night but could easily stay longer as it's such a good hotel. Room and communal areas are clean and well maintained. Breakfast has good choices. Good coffee machine with various options. Non dairy milk also available. Would definitely stay again.

All of the staff were wonderful. My father has some mobility issues and the receptionist noticed this and switched our room for one on the ground floor, all before I could ask. The room was spotless and quiet, couldn't ask for more.

The room we booked we don’t get and the room we had was not ready. Our room had a smell of cooking all the time and we could hear staff talking in the night keeping us awake. Broken window pane in door never fixed.

We were met after a long drive by the manager Chris who was absolutely fantastic! He was so friendly and made a big fuss of our daughters who loved him! The room was compact but perfect for a 2 night stay. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast the next day was good with several cold choices, the standard hot options - all of which were replenished during breakfast hours. All staff were very warm and welcoming- we would stay again. Yes the room could have been bigger but it was a great excuse to all jump into bed in our pjs at the end of a long couple of days! Rates were reasonable too.

Hotel and room were really clean. Staff were exceptional. Shower had a powerfull flow and appropriate temperature control. 2 small points, please upgrade the quality of toilet paper even if its a £1 or £2 extra per night. Secondly the mastic and the mesh on the drain in our room is getting tired and should be redone soon
