We were there for one cold, cloudy night in October, so we couldn’t really appreciate the lovely view and outside facilities. We were very disappointed in the hotel room, however, which had very little soundproofing, so we could hear conversations from rooms around us. The beds and pillows were extremely hard and the sink small. Definitely not a good value for the cost.

We stayed during the week and were crammed into a first-floor level room with a view of more shrubs than ocean. There were two other rooms rented in the entire Ocean Suites building, and they were given second and third level full view ocean rooms. When we complained the staff just moved us down the hall on the same first-level floor. Even though we paid over $1700 for 4 nights. The staff said that they couldn't let us have a better room with a better view because we booked the room through a third party.

We were a bit underwhelmed with our room. The room was clean but the furniture was tattered and worn, especially the chair seats. I was glad to only stay there 1 night. The only restaurant across the street had uninspiring food. The beach view is from across the street which when you look at all of the photos on their website you are made to believe that the hotel is on the beach side of the highway, it is not just fyi.

The room had a view of the ocean off the deck. The staff and room were both excellent. My only complaint was the lack of insulation in the room and therefore we could hear everything, like kids in the indoor pool and the ice machine at 3 in the morning!

The room in the Atrium building was nice, with a good view of the beach. Everything we needed was there. Staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. I love the location and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful location. Room very comfortable. My ONLY complaint was the attitude and very unwelcoming reception by the manager/owner. He was the rudest "guest service" person I've ever encountered. Coming from a person that has traveled to over 75 countries that says a lot.
