This newly converted apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful building right at the heart of the city. Just a stone's throw from the river Ouse, it's perfectly located for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.
Stepping inside the apartment, guests are greeted by a small entrance hall, the perfect place to drop the bags and kick of those shoes at the end of the day. This leads into a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz.
The interiors of the apartment have been curated to reflect modern, stylish city living, with comfort always at the forefront. Pops of colour against crisp white walls pay homage to the vibrant diversity of the city.
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus all the necessary appliances, such as kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Close to the kitchen is a good sized dining area where guests can enjoy a relaxing takeaway or their morning coffee.
The adjacent living space invites guests to relax in front of a Smart TV, on a sumptuous sofa, which also unfolds into a double bed for two guests: ideal for couples with small children or teenagers.
