From the rear of the property, guests enter directly into the large open-plan kitchen/dining room, where full-height windows and doors flood the room with natural light. The kitchen is well planned with lots of preparation space and benefits from quartz worktops and a range of appliances. The dining table can comfortably sit ten and is ideal for family gatherings to enjoy a glass of wine whilst planning the next day’s activities or partaking in a homemade meal. The spacious layout means you can enjoy a natter whilst watching others do the cooking! There is also outdoor seating to the rear of the property accessed from the kitchen. A kingsize bedroom with views to the city walls and a shower room complete the ground floor accommodation.
